Business Development Manager

 

Auto enrolment pension schemes are growing at the fastest rate in history, so pension providers need to work with third parties from both a business development as well as operational capacity.

 

We are looking for Business Development Managers across the UK.

 

You should apply if:

 

  • You have detailed experience in sales and business development (experience in the auto enrolment industry is preferred)
  • You have ability to travel within a specified region of the UK
  • You have a good understanding of payroll and pensions

This is an exciting opportunity for entry level individual looking to gain experience in tele-sales as well as the auto enrolment pensions industry.

Marketing Director

  • Detailed experience in online marketing strategy and deployment
  • The ability to drive and resource projects

Head of Employer Support

 

This is a role for an experienced individual from one of the main auto enrolment pension providers in the UK, or an experienced payroll manager looking to enter the pensions industry.

 

This job will involve:

 

  • Expanding and monitoring the employer pension registration process
  • Channel Product / system Developments requirements through to the Chief Technology Officer
  • Managing a team on technical payroll upload enquiries from participating employers and payroll agents.

 

Pensions Administrator

 

This is a ‘different’ opportunity for a pensions administrator with an entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in system, process and product development.

 

This job will involve:

 

  • Working directly with company founders and the product development team
  • Collecting information from the fund accounting team for pension scheme tax submissions (such as Relief At Source claims and AFT Returns)
  • Collating quarterly reports for management and the trustees of the Master Trust Pension Scheme
  • Working with Employer Support Team to deliver their Employer Compliance Monitoring  procedures and filing reports to the Pensions Regulator

 

You should apply if:

 

  • You have experience in Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit pension administration (varying degrees of experience are welcome)
  • You have Interest in building / constantly improving a pensions administration software application
  • Qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) are preferred, but not mandatory

 

Fund Accountant

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in Collective Investment Scheme administration and accounting, looking for insight into the pension fund accounting and administration.

 

This job will involve:

 

  • Monitoring and booking deal instructions and closing of the Contribution Receivable Ledger
  • Entering data related entities such as fee accruals/payments, non-system integrated deal confirmations
  • Portfolio Cost Analysis and production of Total Expense Ratios (TER) in respect of all share classes and investment strategies
  • NAV reconciliations
  • Working with the CFO to produce the Pension Scheme Financial Statements (incl. Fund Account and Statement of Net Assets), and working with the funds auditors
  • Working with company accountants of the schemes sponsor on an ad hoc basis as well as routine reporting requirements

 

You should apply if:

 

  • You have a minimum of one of the following, or equivalent qualifications:
      1. Chartered Institute of Investments and Securities (CISI) Level 4 Certificate in Investment Operations
      2. Chartered Institute of Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW)
      3. Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)

 

 

Part-qualified applications are also considered, depending on experience.
